We are always looking for culinary devotees who are interested in joining our organization.

Who Can Join?

We invite all enrolled students at the Midwest Culinary Institute who are interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate and make a difference in the organization. We continually need our members to participate in community service which is part of the degree process and is an excellent experience in developing friendships and helps those who need our help.

How Can You Join?

To join we need a completed application.
the application forms will be handed to you by your instructor when you take either Cooking 4 or Pastry Production. If you have any questions about joining the ACF contact Chef Lasorella. You do not need to be a national member of the ACF to participate in the MCI ACF school activities.
It is a requirement to be a member so that you can become certified upon graduation,
